An Antarctic epic to follow the macaroni, adelie, chinstrap and gentoo penguins during their summer annual congress inside our planet’s freezer.

How do these sea birds live on frozen land surrounded by their predator-neighbours, seals, leopard seals, and giant petrels ? The journey starts at the beginning of the summer, North of the Antarctic Peninsula on Elephant Island, continues in Paradise Bay and ends a few months later in Adelie land. As Winter sets in and penguins head back to sea, the emperors, these utterly different penguins, settle in the heart of the continent…
