He/she will be responsible for
Contributing to the development of the company’s immersive and giant screen projects in France and abroad:
– Develop new projects: marketing offers and sales
– Participate in the preparation of business plans for new projects and budgets
– Formalize the economic model for the marketing of projects
– Search for partners: co-producers, private or public partners, sponsors, venues…
– Search for subsidy and grant applications in France and abroad and present projects in order to obtain funding
– Pre-sell to broadcasting sites: customer relations, negotiations, follow-up until the signature of the contract and follow-up of projects to be adapted in production
Promoting and marketing the company’s catalog:
– Market the experiences/exhibitions already produced in France and abroad
– Identify key sites for this market
Develop provision to deliver full-service immersive experiences and giant screen films:
– Respond to targeted calls for tenders
– Make proposals to potential clients and develop projects with the support of the development team
Develop the company’s reputation:
– Represent the company in key sales markets
– Develop communication tools: dedicated website, specific newsletter, contacts etc.
– Ensure a competitive and technological overview
Requirements:
- Fluent English
- Technical knowledge of rights management, and if possible, immersive experiences

We are seeking a freelance Post Production specialist to join our team in Marseilles, France and oversee the final critical stages of our film and television projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and organizing digital assets, delivering master elements to clients, creating marketing deliverables, and assisting with online editing.
Main Responsibilities:
- Supervise and categorize backups on drives and LTO tapes
- Deliver UHD/HDR masters to television platforms and clients
- Create Digital Cinema Packages (DCPs) for theatrical distribution
- Organize and facilitate online post-production
- Utilize AI software to assist with editing, graphics, and content creation
- Produce marketing elements like trailers and promotional clips
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience with post-production workflows and deliverable mastering
- Proficiency with editing programs like DaVinci Resolve and Adobe Premiere
- Familiarity with design software including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
- Ability to work independently and prioritize urgent requests
- Fluent in English and French language

Gourou du Digital en Post-production (Freelance)
Nous recherchons un(e) spécialiste de la post-production pour rejoindre notre équipe à Marseille, France, et superviser les étapes finales critiques de nos projets cinématographiques et télévisuels. Le/La candidat(e) retenu(e) sera chargé(e) de superviser et d’organiser les assets numériques, de livrer les éléments principaux aux clients, de créer des livrables marketing et d’assister au montage en ligne.
Principales responsabilités :
- Superviser et cataloguer les sauvegardes sur disques durs et bandes LTO
- Livrer des masters en UHD/HDR aux chaînes télé et aux clients
- Créer des DCP (Digital Cinema Package) pour la distribution en salles
- Organiser et faciliter le montage en ligne
- Utiliser des logiciels d’IA pour assister au montage, graphismes et création de contenu
- Produire des éléments marketing comme bandes-annonces et clips promotionnels
Compétences requises :
- 3 ans d’expérience minimum avec les flux de production post-production et le mastering des livrables
- Maîtrise des logiciels de montage comme DaVinci Resolve et Adobe Premiere
- Connaissance des logiciels de design tels que Photoshop, InDesign et Illustrator
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à prioriser les demandes urgentes
- Français et anglais courants
