DE-EXTINCTION WORKS: PTEROSAURS ALIVE !
De-extinction is no longer a fantasy ! In front of our cameras, scientists (the team behind Dolly- the first cloned sheep) have selected DNA from frogs and lizards, and inserted a taylor-made chain of amino-acids into the embryo of a female African vulture. They managed to reverse engineer the genome of a stem cell from a closely related Egyptian vulture species and then turn that cell into eggs and sperm, which then produced Pterosaur. The result is stunning, and the animal easily tamed.
They then created a dozen genetically identical Pterosaurs from a single egg, but they now face some serious problems with genetic diversity.
So they used the same DNA and inserted it in the eggs from a female condor to create a different breed of pterosaur. Names are still required : please send your suggestions !
